This Valentine’s Day, The Barrymore inside The Royal Resort will provide guests with an unforgettably romantic evening. In celebration of the most loving day of the year, the acclaimed new restaurant will offer a sweetheart inspired prix fixe dinner sure to please all lovebirds.

“The Barrymore offers a very elegant setting which makes it perfect for couples to enjoy a nice evening together,” says owner, Billy Richardson. “Our prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu adds to the already romantic feeling of the restaurant, making for the perfect night.”

The elegant evening starts with a choice of roasted tomato tarte tatin with goat cheese, caramelized onions and haricot vert pesto or tuna tartar with avocado relish, caviar crème, chive oil and papadums crisps. For the second course, couples may choose from pan seared dorade, braised and gratin endives and jambon broth or pistachio crusted lamb rack, smoked potato and Roquefort gnocchi, confit tomato and natural jus. Finally, lovers will satisfy their sweet tooth with a choice of raspberry-passion fruit verrine, almond sponge cake with vanilla bean mousse and Chambord macerated raspberries.

The Valentine’s Day prix fixe meal will be featured for only $50 per person. A wine pairing for an additional cost is available upon request. Guest may call 702.407.5303 for reservations.

This quaint dining spot is open for breakfast daily at 8 a.m. and again at 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and Friday and Saturday until midnight.
